Join the Raintree Athletic Club at Foothills for Fitness on the Lawn!

Body Balance is a yoga-based class that also incorporates Pilates and Tai Chi. It aims to improve flexibility and increase core strength while reducing stress levels. Controlled breathing, concentration, and carefully structured movements create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance

This series of events is part of The Wellness Project, designed to be the air in the lungs of Raintree Athletic Club and the community around it.

The Wellness project is designed to take wellness beyond our walls for all to enjoy. Whether it's yoga at a local brewery, a boot camp in the gardens, or a meditation in old town, our goal is to inspire others to live well, be well, and do well.
